Welcome to the section where you can learn more about our viewing trips! These, as far as possible, will be one-on-one property inspections taylored to the properties you have specifically shortlisted.
Based upon the information which you provide, we may recommend other property options for your consideration.
In any event we can promise you a relaxed and pressure-free environment!
Reserving in this way is perhaps the most secure way to ensure that your chosen property is held in your name and cannot be sold to anyone else!
- Following a chat with us about your requirements, you make a verbal reservation which we will hold valid for 3 working days.
- During this time you should arrange for the transfer of the reservation fee - typically €1,500.
- We will then offer assistance with flight & hotel reservations according to your needs - though you should make your visit within 14 days of reservation!
- Our Bulgarian office will make any arrangements or reservations you require and send you a full schedule/itinerary.
Whilst this method means that you have no hold over a specific property, we understand that some clients would feel happier getting their feet on the ground first!
- Following a chat with us about your requirements, you book a viewing trip with our knowledgable, friendly and English speaking staff.
- Our Bulgarian office will make any arrangements or reservations you require and send you a full schedule/itinerary.
Weekend "Flying Visit" - if time is of the essence in view of your day to day commitments, this option will probably suit you.
We will assist you with flight and hotel reservations. You will be collected from the airport by one of our staff and returned on the day of departure.
For practical reasons, a minimum of 2 nights stay required for all regions and 4 nights stay for the coastal region if arriving out of season - Oct-April.
Pamporovo (staying in Plovdiv) - 2 nights - includes collection from/to Sofia airport, hotel accomodation & 1 day's viewing including light lunch. € 300
Pamporovo (already there) - If you are already in the region where you intend to buy, we will collect you from your hotel and spend the day visiting properties in one of the regional categories listed above and showing you around the area. The price includes lunch and our personal attention! € POA
Bansko (staying in Bansko) - 2 nights - includes collection from/to Sofia airport, hotel accomodation & 1 day's viewing including light lunch. € 350
Bansko (already there) - If you are already in the region where you intend to buy, we will collect you from your hotel and spend the day visiting properties in one of the regional categories listed above and showing you around the area. The price includes lunch and our personal attention! € POA
Borovets (staying in Beli Iskar) - 2 nights - includes collection from/to Sofia airport, hotel accomodation & 1 day's viewing including light lunch. € 300
Borovets (already there) - If you are already in the region where you intend to buy, we will collect you from your hotel and spend the day visiting properties in one of the regional categories listed above and showing you around the area. The price includes lunch and our personal attention! € POA
Burgas North (up to Byala and including Sunny Beach & Nesebar) - 2 nights - includes collection from/to Burgas or Varna airports, 1 day's viewing including light lunch and supper. £ POA
Burgas South (down to Primorsko & Kiten and including Sozopol) - 2 nights - includes collection from/to Burgas or Varna airports, 1 day's viewing including light lunch and supper. £ POA
One Day Coast -
One Day Mountain/Ski - If you are already in the region where you intend to buy, we will collect you from your hotel and spend the day visiting properties in one of the regional categories listed above and showing you around the area. The price includes lunch and our personal attention! £50
