Payment Schedules:

Standard: 40% / 20% / 20% / 20%

The reservation fee is €2,400, then with the Preliminary Contract the client has to pay 40% less €2,400, in 6 months the next 20%, in 12 months 20%,in 18 months the remaining 20%. [In other words the client is paying 40% with signing the Preliminary Contract (minus the reservation of €2,400) and he/she has to make 3 more payments: 20% every 6 months.]

Mortgage: 30% / 20% / 50% Mortgage

Choosing this option the client has to take into consideration that there is 5% increasing of the price due to the expenses we have regarding the mortgage. The reservation is €2,400 again. 30% less €2,400 is payable with the Preliminary Contract, 20% in 6 months and the mortgage covers 50% of the price. We have Piraeus Bank for the mortgages and we have agreement with Piraeus that they will respond to the client in 48 hours whether the mortgage is approved or not.
