'Buena Vista' is a fully contained holiday apartment and villa complex built on an elevated parcel in the village of St. Vlas on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast.

The Holiday Village 'Buena Vista' is located in the immediate proximity to the village of Sveti Vlas (500 m.) and is approx. 200 m. from the sea. Nestled in the charming Bulgarian countryside, 'Buena Vista' Holiday Village lures the holidaymakers for retreat and relaxation. It is surrounded with forest and green areas that underline the unspoiled nature of the spot.

Buena Vista Holiday Village is designed in a ’C’- shape in order to enable all apartments to have a panoramic view to the sea and the outdoor swimming pool. The holiday village consists of 8 separated 4-story buildings, centered round a swimming pool and the bar area. The number of the apartments in the whole village is 95 with a living area between 45 and 130 sq. m. Each building will be equipped with a lift. There are air conditioners in each apartment.
